Woke at 230.6, up 2.2 from yesterday. Not unexpected. After midnight, I ate a piece of sharp cheddar cheese and a can of mixed nuts. I added them to today's food log. I will fast all day and break the fast with breakfast on Saturday. Blood glucose was a nice 80 though. UPDATE: Despite fasting, weighed 231.2 at 5:30 pm. Hoping to drop a few by morning. Need to get up early to travel to a two-day racing show in Pennsylvania. I'm freezing, so I can tell there are no calories in there getting burned.

Dairy does it for me too. If I eat dairy I’ll gain a little weight, but if I don’t I’ll lose a little. What’s really happening is the dairy is causing a little inflammation, which translates to a slight gain. It doesn’t effect my overall weight loss, as it’s only temporary weight gain and goes away after a day or two.
