Thank you all so much. I am feeling saved. I never thought at my age and attitude about all the life long yo-yo dieting that I would ever embark on another diet. My daughter quietly convinced me that I might consider KETO. I responded "Keto?"....and the fun began =May 2017! My body tells me alot of things...like I am light...and relieved. Clothes off the rack fit at I size I have not tried on in 29 years. Sleep is easy (can fall asleep and roll over with ease. Bloods sugar and pressure improved; and arthritis seriously subsided. Best...off all meds. But ...maybe body is saying Keto is slowing the weight loss...so I say to myself...I will take it ! 95 to 97 # loss. I look to 2019 and the future on a daily basis. Steady.. with a morning weight in and a mind's eye on considering the alternative ...of my life of misery before Keto! Thank you again all. Happy New year!!!💞
