Happy Wednesday!
Good morning everyone, thank all of you for your prayers and words of encouragement, all did go well on yesterday (my colonoscopy), I was in pain yesterday because I wasn't able to take my medicine(for 3days) for my diverticulitis, so it started to flare back you, and I started back when I came, and I woke up still with some discomfort, I made me a cup of coffee, and boiled me 2 large eggs, so I can take these powerful antibiotics, other than that all is well, how are all of you doing, and coming along with your lifestyle change? let's have a good rest of our day. love always!
