Made with vegetarian nova crumbles, sharp cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and a little bit of white rice. Salt cravings satisfied !

Kay, that looks good! I made home-made chicken with veggies, Asian style, tonight. Had some cooked rice in the freezer. Only used an ice cream scoop full of rice in my dish. Back in the day, it would have been more rice than chicken & veg so that's a huge improvement over the my past choices.
