Thanks Heather. I just need to get into the right state of mind again.
Your pizza looked fabulous!! Didn’t it taste just like a thin crust pizza?! Weird, but really good! I’m glad you liked it!

I don’t understand why you are upset with yourself. You ate reasonably at the bbq and had some breakfast the next morning. It sounds like a win to me.

Just return to your normal way of eating and move on.

You got this. You already controlled your eating by not stuffing your face. Nothing to get anxiety about. I’ll give you anxiety. Department of homeland security is auditing my operation this morning 💪🏻👍🙏

You probably won’t have put on as much as you think everyone has a blow out from time to time and eats what they want you lose it again don’t worry about it, it’s called living what you supposed to do at a bbq have a plate of salad and drink water while everyone else tucks in! It’s not like your doing it everyday I’d have done the Same you’ll be fine 👍

You might be surprised. I had to go out of town for a business trip last week and ate food I normally would not (fast food/greasy food/high carb) just because it was all that was available while on the run. I ate in moderation and tried to eat as healthy as I could manage. I thought for sure I was going to put on pounds but still managed to lose a little weight for the week.

No need to freak out. If you have lost 48# in five months, you have done amazing and you know what to do. Just get back on track now. Great job!

It happens. You’ll get back on track. I’ll bet that you gain very little and that will probably be water and it’ll come off fast. (I’m assuming you do Keto and had carbs at the bbq)

I find that my body needs to recharge so to speak. Sometimes I need to have a few days at maintenance calories in order to lose a bit more in a deficit. I ate way over calories yesterday and was loaded with carbs and I stayed the same ;). Maybe your body is similar! Or maybe you didn’t eat as much as you thought or the food wasn’t as ‘bad’ as you thought 😉.

Just keep your eye on the prize...a little goof does not destroy the whole game. We all do it. my husband and I travel so much and we eat out so much it is very hard but sometimes we just have to splurge. I do understand the losing control. that is very hard to get the genie back in the bag, and I feel so desperate then. Keep going.

Pepperjj - I’ve been told by a number of ppl here I need to eat more calories. That I needed to restart my metabolism. So I started eating a few hundred more the last few days. Last weekend was a little much though. Anyway, maybe my metabolism did kickstart itself....just when I needed it.🤔
