I was going to try a fast with the isopure but one dose put my head in the clouds so bad that I overfilled a tank and had a mess to clean up. Plus I have a bad headache for the past couple days. I also have chest congestion. definitely from dairy.

So back to eating meat. I will continue the suppliments and lots and lots of water. see how this goes after a couple days of eating various items.
I do love meat always have. and anything is better than this!

Overflowing tank... yuck, yuck, yuck. I did that once -- in the living room, on the carpet. So bad! I hope you feel better.

yes Chris, I was in a cloud and disoriented all morning. I just did not think it would be that bad. Waited several hours and ate a nice juicy steak! mild fog (long term) and mild leg tightening for about an hour. It is just my dehydration issue I am concerned with when I hit ketosis again. maybe the potassium will help this time. Histimines is easier to deal with mind wise that all the symptoms of dairy and other foods.

I have a headache and the chest stuff too but mine is allergies. The height of summer is about the only time I don’t have sinus issues lol. Hope you find all the stuff you can’t have soon!

yes the dairy is an allergy/sensitivity for me. whey protein is dairy just like the pizza I ate a couple days ago with lots of cheese! chicken was okay, just boring

Chicken gets very boring very quickly lol. I use lemon pepper on mine. I prefer to cut it up like fajita meat, douse if I seasoning then pan fry using 1/2 tbsp butter or just spray. Have to watch carefully with just spray. Sometimes I make lemon chicken in the crockpot, chicken and rice, baked chicken, chicken and noodles, chicken noodle soup... I’m sick of it all except chicken and rice and my soup lol.

sorry your fast didn't work out - I can't imagine having so many food issues - you are so strong to fight through this!

Nikeit I am just surprised it hit so hard. Normally I just have to avoid some foods, this is kind of crazy. But I will continue to rest and eat well and cross my fingers. By time I get to my doctors appointment maybe it will settle down. I will have some more answers though on my ultrasound, if my kidneys are not well maybe that can be a reason for some of this. My liver was fine when I had a biopsy so hopefully that is still fine.

meat works. yup. today I had a bowl of ground beef and pulled pork.dropped it all again in the floor. today will be a lighter meal lol. hang in there

I've had focus on intestinal permeability (leaky gutj for awhile, and just wanted to share the theory about foods in the intestines leak out to the blood stream and cause violent reactions. Sealing up the intestines can be done in about 10-14 days by doing strictly fatty meat and water. With a properly sealed gut, the tolerance should improved immensely. On the flip side, the sealed gut can be made leaky again in only two hours with food from the chilli family. Certain chemicals commonly used in the supplements industry wreck the intestines too. This is one reason for me no longer being a customer in supplements stores.

before I broke my diet from the deep dehydration issue I tried everything Jenjabba, no butter, ghee is worst, bacon is a no, pork bellies is a no, pure beef fat is probably the best, but I got the you know what which added to my dehydration. I can not tolerate ground beef for more then once in a while. I can tolerate no spices at this time, many foods I tested off diet make me feel like my throat is tempting to swell. salt, minerals and ribeyes are all tolerated best. I just need the body to calm down and settle. so no exercise or anything that will set off the histimine response. It is not just food that can cause it to release. Stress of any kind can be a trigger too.

Yes Diddlee this is all very possible. I have some suppliments coming that I got a link to from the carnivore site that may help to calm the existing histimines in my system and help enough to get a good couple weeks of eating the ribeyes.

definitely Minitata, my body likes ribeyes much better than anything else. Only testing now will be different suppliments to help with histamines.

Can you explain ‘broke my diet from ge deep dehydration issue’? How did you find out you were so dehydrated? I’d love to figure out if I am or not. I believe I am yet I drink at least what is recommended. Not all water, mostly coffee, tea and flavored water. Milk is out, tap water is out mostly but I do have 1-2 diet soda most days. Here lately I’ve been skipping about half the week because bottles of flavored water are more convenient when traveling over cans of pop lol. Hey whatever works! Thanks :)
