For some reason I am having a problem controlling my eating in the month of May. I have only stayed at 1200 calories 3 days this month so far. I don't know what is wrong with me. How can I have been so good for January thru April?

Maybe you should schedule out your daily meals better? That always helps me!

The change in the weather is what makes May hard for me - I get outside more, have more chores to do inside and out, maybe some allergies make me crave more chocolate - You did GREAT during January to April - maybe the spring weather is just distracting you?

I have no idea, but am at least thankful that I maintained my weight over the past 7 days. That should motivate me to get back on track so I will definitely see a loss next week! Thanks Momo and Abba

Keep in mind that the smaller you get in size the lower your RDI to maintain. You're already low and you're very active. You may want to consider, this is where your body is comfortable. I am in the same place where you are. The doctors want me to lose more and I'm at 136-138 and eating less is very trying/taxing. Maybe it's time to take a break, maintain for a while and go back to it in a few weeks? Your body and immunity may be asking for more nutrition because there could be something it's trying to fight off. Listen to your body and eat healthy. Build your immunity with probiotics, antioxidants and good proteins for a while and see how your body responds? Might take 2-3 weeks and as long as you're sticking to your regular routine, you'll know when you're ready to start back up again and lower your intake. You may be pleasantly surprised... as I speak from experience.

I think you're right Chickie. I am going to up it to 1400 and see how it goes. It is not the same kind of hunger as it was when I first started dieting. It is more of a "need" kind of hunger.
