Well today was a bad day food wise. Overeat at lunch and dinner, very stressful day. My dog chip hasn't been eating so I took him to the Vet. Basic once over says he is okay. However, I am waiting on the blood test results along with the urine an stool test. They gave me a drug for him to make him eat which did. Three big bowls of food today for him, and I kind of went along with him on the food journey today.
I am sorta of relieved, and will be back on track tomorrow. Today was more of a release day for me. The reality is I ate what would be consider normal meals for the masses. Just a 10 oz. cheeseburger for lunch with 1/2 of app, and a bowl of Italian Wedding soup for dinner, with 4 mozzarella sticks and a single slice of a small pie. but it was way more food then I've been eating so I feel bloated.
Oh well tomorrow is another day and I will be back to normal low carbohydrates eating and lower calories.
