Still 189.6 so no weight change. Realized I need more fat in my diet. I was going to do a water fast today but changed it to a fat fast - no solids but fat added to my liquid intake. We'll see how that goes.

So I fat fasted today, my version as Day 1 Fast of the Original Keto Diet(OKD).

Tomorrow (Day 2 of the OKD) I will do the eggnog shake recommended by Dr. Peterson. It is a 4:1 ratio of fat to protein/carbs using cream and eggs. It said to divide it up to 3x a day every 8hrs. The ratio for where I want it works out to 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream to 4 medium eggs at 653 calories. That gives me 80% fat to 20% protein/carb combined for the day. I will place it in my breakfast diary but divide it out during the day with my water in between.

Day 3 - I will do the same but 1/3 of it divided for breakfast and lunch and then 2/3 for dinner.

Day 4 - I will do 2/3 of the eggnog shake for divided for breakfast and lunch then have a meal at dinner with carbs under 10.

Day 5 full keto meals under 10g carbs. I will try to wean into using the mct oil. I did 1/2 scoop today and no issues.

If I keep my carbs low, it doesn't matter what I eat :)

How do you add fat to liquid intake? Broth?

@SoCalPam I had tablespoons of butter or cream. Today at dinner time I added 1/2 scoop of MCT powder, hoping starting low on it won't run me to the bathroom. You can view my diet calendar. I list everything I eat or drink everyday.
