http://insig.ht/gm_2894....getting back into meditating soon as I get outta bed...good Monday morning..this time tomorrow I will be getting dressed and sister will be driving me to surgery center for my surgery...seems like forever to get right diagnosis....but finally gonna start healing ...

another hot one today...did more moving yesterday..plus rode recumbent bike for 15 minutes on a program with hills...gotta keep the legs in shape...

was hoping to show another lose this morning...but scales looked at me with same number as yesterday...and said what do you ecpect...drinking my green tea as I do journal...so I'm sure after my cleaning...lol...il be headed in right direction...

Well gonna close this one for the day..
