Well first day down. I ate 1800 calories today my goal is to keep my calorie intake to less than 2000 calories a day. I did not do any exorcise today but starting next week I will begin walking/running 4 miles a day which should not be very difficult since I am use to 6 miles or at least three times a week.
Night time has begun and I have committed to drinking only water after 8:30 and when I succeed for at least two to three weeks I will commit to an earlier time.
