Stuffed Pepper Soup II

A quick and easy soup done in a crockpot.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook for approximately 6 hours on low.
  3. Note: use yellow, red and orange bell peppers to make the soup more colorful.
