Scallop and Chardonnay Pasta Sauce

A quick and delicious scallop sauce for fresh pasta.

Directions

  1. Saute onions and garlic in butter until start to brown.
  2. Add wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add scallops, corn starch and seasoning and simmer until it starts to thicken.
  4. Toss with fresh pasta and serve.
