Salsa Guacamole

Easy and delicious guacamole with avocado, salsa and lemon.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel avocado and mash with other ingredients.
  2. Add lemon and salsa to taste.
  3. Makes about 1/2 cup (or 4 oz), so one serving is approximately 2 tablespoons.
  4. Note: you can use Koolaid lemon powder instead of lemon juice.

I have been making guac like this for years, super easy and super tasty...

Was quick, easy, and tasty. I added in 1 TBSP of lf sour cream (per other sites suggestion) as well as some garlic salt.
