Directions
- Peel avocado and mash with other ingredients.
- Add lemon and salsa to taste.
- Makes about 1/2 cup (or 4 oz), so one serving is approximately 2 tablespoons.
- Note: you can use Koolaid lemon powder instead of lemon juice.

Was quick, easy, and tasty. I added in 1 TBSP of lf sour cream (per other sites suggestion) as well as some garlic salt.
