Crab Salad Tomato Bowl

Super easy cold crab salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine crab meat (imitation works well with this as well) and light mayonnaise.
  2. Add dill and black pepper (use less or more as desired).
  3. Hollow out a large (like a Beefsteak) tomato and add mixture to it.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

This is a great recipe. I hate mayo so substituted low-fat greek yogurt and added Old Bay to give that missing zing! It was a hit.

I added cayenne and have these for lunch a couple days. Pretty tasty but lacking something. Hmmm...what should I add?
