Dinner Dilemma
What to do...
I do well all day, Breakfast I have about 400 calories, Lunch and afternoon snack 500-600 calories, and then I go home and sit down with my family for dinner and BOOM, 1000+ calories just like that! I want to eat with my family, and eat the same thing as them. Is there any tricks to help me eat less during dinner? I am thinking about using the smaller plate option, but was also thinking about bringing a salad to work and eating it at 4:30, so I have a filler in as a base. I don't know, does anyone have any suggestions?

Good Exercise Schedule for Beginner
Does anyone have any reccomendations and set workout scheules for a beginner/intermediate? I enjoy doing different things, so far I do 30 minutes of either eliptical, bike, walking, and then 10 minutes of weights, but I am looking for a structured plan that will help me burn cals and stay interested!
