There isn't a lot to add to this really.
I am 26 years old, I'm 5'7 and am 207 lbs seeking to lose about 70 of those.
I live with my partner who is naturally skinny, he can eat as he pleases are seems to get away with it. He's attempting to support me in my quest to be happier within myself, but like myself he's finding it hard to break old habits - and who would when you can eat what you like an stay slim?
Anyway, I guess I am here for support and ideas.... and to attempt to keep track of myself.
If anyone fancies adding me, go for it.
