Still trying the Valentus stuff, not following it like I'm supposed to, some days I do just 2 packs of either energy and trim or two trim or trim and immune boost (the coffee is horrendous, but I'm an iced capp kinda gal). Friend gave me some samples of Trimactiv (I think it's Garcinia Cambodia or whatever the heck it's called lol). Breakfast is usually a pack of bearpaws. Lunch is a salad or soup or both. Dinner is usually something chicken and veggies and pretty plain. Drink at least 48 oz water, usually try for 72, some days when I'm doing super good I hit 96. Slowly starting to exercise again. Have gone on a couple hikes, used my treadmill (I even jogged for 15 straight minutes!) And do some random lunges at work while waiting for my labels to print and some arm exerciseso at night before bed. Feeling pretty good that the numbers are starting to move in the right direction!

Also, I cheat, I have chocolate in the afternoons and occasionally iced Capps but trying to stop drinking them (sometimes I have them 5 days a week, more if I'm super bad) but I'm down to 1-2 times a week now. And I get fast food usually once a week too. So with these bad habits still in my diet but getting less and less, I'm quite pleased the scale is going down! Everything in moderation.

Also, also. I bought a stationary bike stand/trainer so I can turn my bicycle into well a stationary bike. Not ready to head out on the road quite yet so would like to do some cycling indoors and getting my legs (and bum! My seat hurts my bum lots) used to it. Maybe even start biking to one of my jobs before summer is out!
