Almost at 50 lbs lost in ~6 months ❤

Today ends week two of the 600 lap challenge, I messed up yesterday because of the holiday and was only able to do 17 of 25 laps. So today I will do 28 and thathe will be 300 laps!

206.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb. Still to go: 52.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

That is freakin awesome!!!! Changes everything doesn’t it. When you accomplish something that transformational no one can stop you. I have lost 20 and have 15 more to go. I feel fantastic and energized.
