I am 46 years old and have led a very active life. After 40, and a few major changes I have gained about 15 very unwanted pounds that make me very self concious. Sitting all day at work poses a challenge, as does limiting calorie intake in the evenings. Hoping that a new site/accountability will help me get in the zone to change my way of living and loose this weight.
