i did really bad on my diet today went at least 500 calories above my limit "crap" all because i went to red robin for dinner. :( but its ok every bodies got there bad days and i new i was going to experience some bad days during my journey and this is just one of those days i just have to pull through it and push really hard tomorrow and not go overboard on my calorie intake. :)

AHHH so today i didnt weigh myself but i heard that if you eat the exact same amount of calories that your supposed to eat that you'll lose weight better and faster and i was like oh my gosh because i just finished entering my food for the day and i got my exact calorie match! it felt so cool but anyways its probably still good to eat under your calories and not over but im still excited that i ate my exact amount!

so still unsure on my current weight but still hangin on its really hard to stay motivated without a scale i hope that next month i can get one but i highly doubt it cause im movin to florida which is another concern of mine i am driving there so i tend to over eat during roadtrips i dont know why but i do and im going to try my hardest to stay strong and not over eat wish me luck ! :)
