LA Splash Packs
Does anyone use Crystal Light instead of the Splash Packs? The lady at the center GAVE me (surprisingly) a box of them to try, and I don't see any difference in the nutritional value than Crystal Light packets. Not to mention Crystal Light has a LOT more flavors to choose from. Based on the nutritional value of them both, I don't see the big deal in using the Crystal Light packets instead of paying way-too-much for Splash Packs...except that LA wouldn't be getting the money.

Well, after my horrible weekend, I went to weigh in on Monday, and I had gained 1.2. I was pretty bummed, but it was my own fault. So, I started Take-Off again, yesterday, so HOPEFULLY I've lost significantly. I will weigh in today and find out!

L.A. Lites Alternatives
Um, yeah, I definitely got suckered into paying $1,500 for a year's worth of LA Lites. As much as I didn't want to pay it, they kept on and on, and acted like they wanted nothing to do with me unless I got them. But, I actually do like the caramel ones, and they're convenient...and it saves a trip to the store. Not to mention, knowing that I spent $1,500 makes me stay on track for sure! lol So, there are a lot of negatives, but there are some positives to them, as well.
