Staying steady at 203. I thought I should have sweated off about 11 pounds yesterday, lol. but I did it, I made it up to the Falls and back down. There is a certain amount of pain today, but I expected that.
The next time I go, I might just to halfway and come back if I feel to achy.
whatever happens, I'll be back, and the sooner the better.

Wednesday, August 5th, 2015
No weigh in today.
Actually, nothing much to say at all.
Well, I'm getting ready for my first trip to
the Cascade Falls here in Virginia, not to be
confused with other Cascade Falls here and there
throughout the country, and probably the world.
Gotta get going now (it's almost 11:00) before it
gets too damned hot out there.
Bringing lots of water and will stop at the store
and get a few energy bars or something to that effect.
I normally wouldn't eat those things (depending on the
ingredients), but I figure I'm going to be hiking about
4 miles (2 miles to the falls and 2 miles back), so i
will be using whatever calories etc that I put into myself.
Damn...... for someone who didn't have much to say, I sure
said a hell of a lot. LOL
Keep it going everyone!!!!!!

I haven't weighed myself in a few days, so I got on the scale this morning. AFTER I had eaten. I figured I could blame breakfast for any gain. HAH.
203. Down three pounds since last weigh-in.
It's all good. I need to keep the pace of NOT weighing myself every day.
Gotta go.

It's my birthday. So no weigh-in today. Lol
No not because it's my birthday. But I decided that three ir four times a week won't make me as nuts.
And I moved the scale and it's a bit of a pain to get to.
I'll probably pig out today as well.
Whatever.

206? Really? First of all, I think that a lot has to do with where I put the scale. You know, the floor is uneven and I think that can skew things a little.
Second thing here is I have to stop weighing myself every day. Yeah, I know, everybody has a different philosophy of the ups and downs of the frequency of weighing in. I guess the bottom line is consistency. For me that means in the morning before I eat breakfast. We shall see.....
Plenty for me to do today, as there is every day, we'll see how much I accomplish.
