Tuesday Aug. 4, 2015 I haven't weighed myself in a few days, so I got on the scale this morning. AFTER I had eaten. I figured I could blame breakfast for any gain. HAH. 203. Down three pounds since last weigh-in. It's all good. I need to keep the pace of NOT weighing myself every day. Gotta go. Peace. Ben
