August 1, 2015 206 206? Really? First of all, I think that a lot has to do with where I put the scale. You know, the floor is uneven and I think that can skew things a little. Second thing here is I have to stop weighing myself every day. Yeah, I know, everybody has a different philosophy of the ups and downs of the frequency of weighing in. I guess the bottom line is consistency. For me that means in the morning before I eat breakfast. We shall see..... Plenty for me to do today, as there is every day, we'll see how much I accomplish. If you are reading this, thanks and to everyone good luck sticking with your program whatever it is.

Look for a downward trend over time.

Your body's weight goes up and down all day long. Try weighing yourself consistently. I weigh myself every morning after using the restroom, but before eating or drinking any coffee. Also, it's normal to see occasional big spikes like this, the main thing is that they shouldn't be happening regularly. If they are, you're probably eating wrong (either too many calories, or too many calories from carbs).
