Ok, So here is how my weekend went. On Saturday I went shopping for a while, went to a Christmas parade, and took my entire family out for a steak lunch/dinner. Everything I ate was not on my diet, however, I made the meal last all day. I ordered a 1 lb. steak and shrimp kabob dinner with baked potato and salad. I ate about 1/4 of the steak for lunch, all of the potato, and the salad. Then for dinner, I went home and ate another salad, another 1/4 of the steak and gave my mother the last 1/2! I did very well I think.

Sunday was my hard day. We went to my children's great grandmother's house for a Christmas celebration and for her to have a small birthday party for my 16yr. old. She prepared lasagna with sausage and green beans and Italian bread and then had a cake for desert. I ate the green beans, a small portion of the lasagna, and a very small piece of cake! I was so proud of myself. I broke the diet, but I used portion control and was ok with it!

I honestly thought I would have gained weight though over the weekend, but when I weighed in this morning, I was 236.6 which is something like a 3.2 lb drop! That excited me so much!!!
