I get very discouraged when dieting because everyone around me is still eating everything they want and continue to offer me stuff they know I can't have. It makes dieting so much more difficult. I cheated last night on my diet. I had a serving of macaroni and cheese! I know I am not suppose to have pasta. On the positive side, I did find that I like frozen yogurt in place of ice cream. Trying to find a diet that can become a lifelong way of eating is difficult. It is more about changing how I look at food...it is NOT my friend.

I have been on the diet for a week now and am not sure what all I am suppose to do with the diet. I am cutting out all breads and pastas and fruits at the moment to jump start my diet. It is really hard!!!
