Items not recorded in the food diary. 2 small almond flour/pumpkin pancakes - appox. 3" in diameter each with a tbsp of almond butter. Super yummy!!!! One in the morning and one this afternoon. I found the almond butter, so it's listed under snacks. I'm sure there is a website somewhere online that allows you to enter all the ingredients of a recipe and it will calculate the calories/protein/carbs, etc. I need to find it and enter my 'pancake' recipe so I have a more accurate accounting of how much fat I'm eating.
On a positive note ~ I went to Winan's today and enjoyed a fabulous cup of coffee. The chocolate was looking pretty sitting on its shelf @ 50% off ~ but I stared it down and won. HA - take that chocolate - you didn't tempt me this time!

Here's what I ate that I couldn't record in the food diary: Lunch - Quiche from Toni's Cuppa Joe. Breakfast - 1 small 'paleo' pancake (made with almond meal, pecan meal, almond milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, maple flavoring & splenda)
Blood Glucose 1 hour after eating supper: 89
Reflection for the day: Could have made a better choice than quiche for lunch. On a positive note, went to a church youth group meeting tonight were I knew they would be serving pizza. I planned ahead and ate a supper of roast beef & green beans before going to the meeting. =)
