Food journal is spot on until approx 6 pm were as variety night set in. Sunday night is home fellowship / bible study night and variety night. I'll spare you the dirty little details. Blood glucose 2 hours after variety meal was 124. Chuck's was 125.
Until next weekend, bye bye variety.

Chuck was 121
Foods eaten but on listed on food diary: lunch was a fabulous Chicken Chili soup with all Paleo ingredients: chicken, onion, peppers & spices
Late breakfast/ snack: 2 squares of fruit pizza (not paleo)
