Here's what I ate that I couldn't record in the food diary: Lunch - Quiche from Toni's Cuppa Joe. Breakfast - 1 small 'paleo' pancake (made with almond meal, pecan meal, almond milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, maple flavoring & splenda)

Blood Glucose 1 hour after eating supper: 89

Reflection for the day: Could have made a better choice than quiche for lunch. On a positive note, went to a church youth group meeting tonight were I knew they would be serving pizza. I planned ahead and ate a supper of roast beef & green beans before going to the meeting. =)
