Its Red Month, Cause of February. Love is in the air!
Disappointing, up 1-lb. I find that if I don't eat and don't exercise I am gaining. I have to stick to the 5-6 small meals. Its' hard to do on the weekends. So, out of my routine and really didn't follow any eating plan. I had for meals, meal replacement shakes so I could indulge at a Super Bowl. Although I did NOT indulge. I actually was full from the Vegetable Tray. I had lots of raw vegetables with Hummus. Maybe, I had 4-tbsp of Hummus and that is only 150-cal all together. I do think what I might have killed me was a bit of crown and coke that I had. But, hey......it could have been way worse. I've done some pretty heavy eating and drinking at Super Bowl parties and was proud that I made right eating decisions. Watched my calories and chose the vegetables and grilled chicken with spinach than the deep fried wings.
I still think that I am ok. I mean I started at almost 220. Lets face it. I started just one month ago on Jan 6th and I've lost 13-lbs. So I really can't [/color[color=red]]kick myself too hard in the butt!....That's about 3.5 lbs a week. Which they say your supposed to loose slowly so you can keep it off. Plus, I am not dieting. I am eating healthier and making better decisions as well as getting in exercise.
I still feel good. A little disappointed, but good. I am down a size in dresses and I feel toner and have more energy. It's just a # and it is all about how you look and feel. So, today I am back on the train moving forward. So I start tracking again, eating 5-6 small healthier portioned meals, and I continue my exercise regimen.
Here's to losing at least 10-lbs this month!

I am still following my eating low-calorie plan and I am seeing results. I think though that I need to step it up with my exercise. I have been kind of slacking off. I don't know why because when I exercise, I feel great. Now, that I am pretty much in a routine with the eating I am hoping that my exercise program will start to become routine.
I've got a long way to go, but small baby steps each and every day is getting me there. My clothes are feeling and fitting better on me and not so tight. Once I hit that under 200 mark I think I be more satisfied with the weight loss results.

I'm doing well. I feel as if I am starting to taper off and slow down with the weight loss. It should be about 1-2 lbs a week now. I didn't exercise this weekend at all and I feel so tired. If exercise doesn't do anything for me as far as losing weight, at least it gives me energy and helps me sleep.
