I'm doing well. I feel as if I am starting to taper off and slow down with the weight loss. It should be about 1-2 lbs a week now. I didn't exercise this weekend at all and I feel so tired. If exercise doesn't do anything for me as far as losing weight, at least it gives me energy and helps me sleep.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
