Morning walk after breakfast….missed my walk yesterday…but no more road trips for couple of weeks…
90 again today….so out early..in rest of day….to humid for me…hate that…
Linda colitis has started to calm down….shes doing brat eating plan…along with my imagination to help her enjoy it more….and all the commercials on tv doesn’t help….but now…she understands how triggers cause me to give in to snacking…its a learning process for both of us….
Well ☕️ is gone…time is moving forward….

Watching the sunrise and sippin my ☕️ ….a full day on the road…Linda and I have out of town appointments…so packing a small cooler so she has food to eat to keep her colitis in check…for her…it’s getting back to eating like she was before..she fell off the habit…for me..it’s being able to tell her..I didn’t give into snacking after I left her room at night….for both of us…it’s a way of being on the same page of health…

Happy 😄 happy 😄 blessed positive Wednesday…
Before I joined the church Linda was going tri….i thought I was in sync with the universe and everything around me….and over the last 3-4 weeks….im even more in sync..and when Linda and I are together…we both have things happen out of the blue…it’s awesome….things just fall into place before our eyes…life is awesome…
With her colitis…she’s finding out…her eating has to change…all for the good..but a reality check…she was eating better before coming here…but let that habit fall to the side…as we all do..now…the flare up..has brought her back to what happens…a learning process…for both her and me..as with her eating better…now I also need to clean up my snacking…it’s a bad habit…my snacking is usually after I leave her room at night..to return to mine….last night was day 1 for me….

I didn’t sleep well .ast night..5 hours…be a nap sometime today hopefully…

Happy 😄 happy 😄 47 this morning Tuesday…
Slept with window open,..missed the sunrise..but must have needed the sleep…got up..put long sleeve shirt on..and sweats so after breakfast..I can get my morning walk outside in…walking in a fasted state…well cept for the ☕️…lol….gotta have that uuumph….
Meeting yesterday…equal rights lady was here…I wasn’t to impressed with her…and when she ask my name..I told her never mind….some one mist of called them…I kno we have rights..but a lot of fines some of the stuff people complain about…give me a break…I’m probably one if not the healthiest ones out here…I haven’t seen a nurse in a long time..yes they are here…but not for me..
Well..need to get swears on..time is slipping away…

Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive Monday…
The morning shift is walking in..ready to start their day…I’ve been awake since 4 am….guess I had my sleep..not really….but ready to start the day…was listening to podcasts about colitis..as Linda has it..and it’s flared up…we talked a lot about it last night…Siri also told her what she can and can’t have…so this morning..when I go down..the cabinet s and fridge…hopefully will look bearer…she got healthy things in there..but not healthy to her…
Food council meeting today…at 10am..complaints..what’s better…one of them meetings…only 15-20 show up out of 52…
Well… ☕️ is gone…lol….sunrise wasn’t as pretty as yesterday…some days are like that..but still a wonderful day…
