It's a holiday and I went to the gym to do extra sets.
3 reps of 15
Hip bridge, Leg lifts, Hip rolls, transverse, spinal balance
Lat pull downs-15lbs, calf raises, cheerleader balance, back bends
Sit down squat/bicep curls- 8lbs combo, side step (side to side)
Reverse Flies - 5 lbs, leg circles/reverse
Now to get on with my day....

Zumba day! Quads are achy from squats and arms are achy from tricep curls, biceps and lat pull downs. How does one look when you move 3 seconds slower that the rest of the class?! Carb intake is a struggle but I hope to get a handle on it. The first week is always the hardest, or so they tell me.

Alternating whirlybird
Alternating knees up/elbows
Heel to butt
Cable back rows -15 lbs
calf raises
Cable Lat pull downs - 15 lbs
Back rows - 12 lbs
Sit/stand squats
Tree to Star Balance
Side to Side Step
Alternating tricep extension - 8 lbs
Bicep Curls - 12 lbs
Floating heel to floor crunch
Single Leg lifts
Single Arm internal/external rotation
Increase more bulk veggies in salads. More beans! More salsa! Yeah!

Adjusting carb intake starting this week.
Zumba Gold - 30 minutes
Hula - Drills & practice - 60 minutes, new hula for next performance.
Have cravings for carbs (bread, rice, pasta)! All that good stuff!
