Zumba day! Quads are achy from squats and arms are achy from tricep curls, biceps and lat pull downs. How does one look when you move 3 seconds slower that the rest of the class?! Carb intake is a struggle but I hope to get a handle on it. The first week is always the hardest, or so they tell me.
