Just a young adult trying to feel good about her body and learn to stick to goals and maintain weight loss once the goals are reached

I have a YMCA membership and it's only 1 minute from my office. I enjoy zumba and dancing (though I'm not the best)and step.
I have a Wii fit at my house and Just dance I need to use.
I'm almost 23. I have no kids. I have a dog and an awesome husband. I'm a rental agent/ admin assistant for a property management company so I sit at a desk all day.
I'm a leader over a group of teen girls at our church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) and I love it!
I'm starting a cake baking business which is NOT easy on the dieting thing at all.
I do want to form healthy habits and I want to feel like I have an awesome body.
