Hi. I want to be in my best shape. In my whole life as long as I can remember I'm always chubby.

My heaviest weight Dec 2011, 62kg.

My lightest weight Dec 2012, 52kg.

I gain weight in Jan 2013(was 55.3kg) but now I'm determine to reach my goal.

I hope members from FS can keep me motivated and I too will try my best to motivate others :)

I want to lose 17lbs least by June 2013. I have nobody to cheer me on. My family are not really concern except my sister. But she is away, having exam to deal with and basically no time for me. So lets be buddies and be each other moral support Smile

Anyone tried HASfit Warrior 90 Workout Routine?
Well I did it yesterday. Day 1 Week 1, it is intense and I sweat like crazy. I was only 15 min workout(for day 1 that is) and its an interval training (I think). I really like it but I didnt do it like I should yesterday and I'm going to do Day 1 again then progress. I think its fun and everyone should try Smile You might fell in love with it like I did Wink

Im having trouble staying on my diet its been since may all i do is go up down tried of it
Dont go too hard on yourself, have a cheat day once in a while it will sure help. Thats what I do btw Smile
