feeling great today! woke up and had that "flat belly" feeling after a good night of sleep. haven't had any lethargy for the past few days. much more energy than before i started watching my diet!
haven't had alcohol for 5 days now...i think that's a big help. feel like the first 2-3 days of breaking any habit is the worst...then it's all good.
keep on keepin on :)

really craving some mac-n-cheese right now, which is weird because it's never been something i just gotta have. guess i'll just have some cheese instead.

feeling a little better now. choosing some foods with healthier fats and not just "bacon, burgers, steak"..even if they're allowed, i want to eat more closely to the way i will from here on out.
went to a zumba class tonight and really had a good workout. was a sweaty fool by the end. it's very evident how out of shape i am, as 20 minutes really had me worn out. i'm going to keep with it and see the improvement.
been taking my supplements daily (multi-vitamin, essential oils, and calcium supplement). drinking a good amount of water..although i'm not exactly sure how much. should start using some way to measure that.
biggest obstacle is still not drinking...very bad habit, but i will take it each day. i've cut back quite a bit at least.
