feeling great today! woke up and had that "flat belly" feeling after a good night of sleep. haven't had any lethargy for the past few days. much more energy than before i started watching my diet!
haven't had alcohol for 5 days now...i think that's a big help. feel like the first 2-3 days of breaking any habit is the worst...then it's all good.
