I am 38 years old. I have struggled with my weight for the past 15 years or so. Back "in the day" I thought I was fat. . .but I was actually "just right". .. and now looking back - I would give anything to look like that and be that healthy again. I've yo-yo'd for years and have decided that I need to be a better person inside and out and that includes being healthier!!! So, 2012, bring it. . .because I'm ready.
