My 311 weight might have been from 2 days ago, today the scale reads 306.6 after three readings. I feel so accomplished! I can't look too far ahead or it gets hard for me mentally. If I stay in today I have a much more prominent peace about my journey.
Today I looked up recipes for the first time on my food plan and the very first one I found was simple and assuring that everything is falling into place very nicely.

I found this website coming up alot when looking up the carbs in certain things. I with I knew how to change the profile pic I selected (sigh).
I started my journey at 326lbs, today I'm 311 and I feel good about that.
I've poked around this forum and I'm kind of excited at how nice it seems to be. So many people supporting one another. I'm excited to be here. :)
