I’ve really been doing so well but the scale has said as high as 275 since my last weigh in. I’m wanted to be at 260 by next week because I’m flying to Tulsa and the thought of asking for a seat belt extender crushes me.
I’m content, just not where I wanted to be and it makes me sad from time to time.

Weigh-in: 272.0 lb

still to go: 72.0 lb

Diet followed 100%

My new favorite inspiration saying- of I don’t turn back now there’s a good chance I could end up where I’m headed.
First week of SOLID clean eating and a 30 minute walk at the gym today. I don’t know what year I was at the gym last, I think it was 2015 or 16.
