Three years ago, I started losing weight by controlling what I ate and walking everywhere I went. I lost 100 pounds over two years. But last year I moved, got a little complacent and I gained back about 25 pounds.

I started tracking my calorie consumption on my new smart phone and joined this website to stop the weight gain and get myself back to my ideal weight.

My diet is simple; eat less than I burn. I'm also trying to eat a healthier diet - namely one higher in fiber, lower in sodium and the right mix of protein, fat and carbs. However, I am a broke college student so this is an ideal that is sometimes out of reach. There have been (and will be more) days where the only thing I eat is pizza and booze.
