Well, almost at week 2 weigh in. Though I have to admit I weigh myself daily to make sure its doing something. Kinda stagnant right now with the weight loss, but NSVs are almost immediate.For one, my stomach does not hurt, I am not bloated and I fall asleep easier. Im sure that is from the carb rot in my gut and sugar being removed. I'll take that victory. The pounds will come off. If not for the reduction in carbs but my caloric intake has significantly decreased. Not like I am hungry so I am not that concerned there. I just really need to focus on my water intake. I likes my coffee!! Plus it makes me not want to hit people at work. Baby steps.

Getting the hang of this journal entry thing without getting rid of each entry. Smh. Down to 180.4 was hoping to break into the 170s my first week but will take the loss. Doing a Keto plan which is a little more flexible than the Ideal Protein plan I was on last year and lost 64 lbs on. It was 'easy' because they do most of the math for you but hard because no dairy, no fruit, no flour, etc. I even made.my own mayo because of the sugar in EVERYTHING! With this plan I am thrilled to have more options. Losses may be slower but I dont feel as eestricted. One of my favorites is Buffalo tuna rollups. Romaine leaves, laughing cow creamy swiss wedge, Starkist Buffalo tuna pouch and T of mayo...YUM!! I also had coconut flour pancakes this morning. P.A.N.C.A.K.E.S.!! We can do this!!!

Yea, so was gonna wait until next week to weigh in because I didn't even want to see it but I want to see the fruit of my labors so I bit the bullet. D2 at 183.4 so I figure I was actually 185 like suspected. Hoping to be in the 170s by next Saturday. Usually have good first week with water weight so that will help energize me.
