Avocado Egg salad. So yummy and MAN am I stuffed!!

I love to make one egg with spinach and a dash of mozzarella cheese and have sliced tomato on the side. You are so full. Once in a while have one slice of whole grain wheat bread. Delicious and filling.

sleb2g sure! Super simple. 2C romaine 1 Roma tomato 1/2 an avocado 2T chopped onion or to taste 1/4 C of kraft crumbles and 1-2T of ranch. Fry an egg or two for added protein and calories.
