Update!!! I am now almost 36...CRAP! And have a 5 & 10 year old! After my last Bio entry I actually was successful and got down into the 170's. I then got pregnant... hmmm. After my second was born it slowly crept up and would bounce between the 180s and 190s and then ballooned to a whopping 223! That was just enough for me so I started Ideal Protein which is similar to the Keto plan except you pay a lot for them to do the math for you and and eat prepackaged foods minus fresh veggies and lean protein for dinner. I dropped to 158 in 7 months. Woohoo! I maintained well for several months but fell into old habits. I knew what I was doing but just couldn't stop. Carbs are so dang good! But, enough is enough! It has been a year since I phased off and I haulted at 185. I am following similar principles to what I learned on IP and doing a Keto plan to take the weight back off. I am just one of those people that always has to be aware of the foods I eat. I cannot have carbs...just can't. It is like opening flood gates. That is why Weight Watchers is not successful for me. If I could stop at one slice of pizza I wouldn't have been 70lbs overweight. My goal is to be between 160 & 165. For my height they say to even go a little lower but I am happy at that weight. Here's to one more go of it!
