Havent lost weight
Hi Mish- I'm with Brandice, don't put yourself down, it won't change anything and actually when I am negative about myself and my body I just want to eat more! The other posters have it right, track your calories, either on fatsecret or my favorite the dailyplate.com (I think it is much easier to use, but fatsecret has a much better support network which is why I use both) and stick to your daily number of calories, it really works and pretty quickly too. I lost about 15 pounds in 2 months only counting calories and dropped a whole size too. So give it a try and good luck.

Not eating enough
Hi Ashley- type the daily plate into google, it will take you to the daily plate and here you can calculate using your height and weight and activity level how many calories you should be taking in a day-it is really easy! Hope this helps.
