Today is day six of my detox on the Fat Smash diet. I have been working out everday real hard. I have not had an urge to weigh myself. I think I am a little scared to do so even when my 9th day is over because I do not feel or look any smaller. Still not going to stop I realize no matter what happens that I have to focus on my motto Progress Not Perfection. I know if I continue to eat healthfully and exercise dialy that my weight can do nothing but go down.

Today is my 4th day and I am doing wonderful. I really feel good. Yeh no workout today today is my day of rest or where I just do yoga stretch to get out the soreness in my body. P90X is kicking my booty I do an extrem workout six days a week. I love it though if any of you have seen the show the workout it is similar to that regimen total boot camp push ups chin ups squats kicks you name it. Every workout is an hour and my heart rate is always in the zone on every workout no matter if it is a cardio day or a weight training day I mean they do not give you too much of a break in between circuits. I do not want to look at the scale because I would love to be really suprised. I better have some serious results as hard as I have been working out. Ok progress not perfection.

ok today is my third day of detox lovely I am not hungry I am not cheating, shoot I am not evern thinking about cheating. If I want to eat I do I will eat a fruit cup or maybe a smoothie. 9 days is nothing. Skinny jeans here I come. Been watching a show I just found on Bravo workout and its funny the workout moves that the trainers are using are exactlly like Tony Hortons P90X moves. How lovely that I am not having to pay 400 hundred bucks everytime he whips me into shape. I am high on life people I have never felt so inspired about achieving a goal.

Well my first day is over it was soooo easy. I am going to make the stuffed bell pepper for dinner. Had the brown fried rice with vegies last night excellent. I really liked that recipe.
