Time for a reboot. Bad weekend at an awards show with too many visits to tailgate site prior to the show. My wife had lost weight for my daugter's wedding back in April but... you know bad habits crept back in. She is very supportive and we are doing this together.

Too much "festival" food at my gigs this past weekend. It is my own fault. Still the upside is no sugar soft drinks for alomost three weeks now.

Watching my sugar intake seems to getting some sort of result. I am not diabetic nor do I want to be so I am trying to watch my intake. Also back to drinking all my water for the day. My goal is 6 16 oz. bottles per day.
