I've been eating somewhat carefully, but had many desserts. I cannot properly understand the weight loss, as I have done NO exercise until this morning, when I started lifting.

Made a estimate of my weight, based on previous weigh ins. The scale here was broken when I got here and there was a period of 2 weeks with no instruments. I finally got to using the scale in the sick bay yesterday and I weighed in at 96.3 kg, = 212 lbs, roughly.
